David Dallaire '86 is a problem-solver spanning diverse industries, cultures and disciplines. His unique skills and experiences as an entrepreneur have been part of starting successful new businesses, improving efficiencies on a global scale in established ones, creating motivated teams and developing productive client relationships. He has developed and implemented high-level marketing strategy, business planning, operations and fulfillment centers, and end-to-end process rationalization programs. Living and working internationally for fifteen years, David has been an innovator at every point in his career. Mr. Dallaire is a graduate of Clark University and Sussex University (MA, Brighton, UK). As one of the first and only non-Japanese to intern at the Matsushita Institute of Government and Management, he studied in residence with over twenty of Japan’s current national and regional politicians.
Paula David was Senior Vice President of Marketing at Fidelity Investments for nearly eight years. She is the founder of Fort Point Growth Partners, a strategic planning and marketing consultancy. In her role at Clark University, she provides strategic vision and overall leadership for marketing, communications, and public relations initiatives.
Early in her career, David was an award-winning art director for several advertising agencies. She is a member of the Heart Council at Children's Hospital Boston, and of Children's Circle of Care, which advances philanthropy for two dozen children's hospitals across the United States and Canada.
David and her husband, Ken, are residents of Worcester.
Mary Bourbeau-Owens '86 is Vice President of Corporate Internal Communications of the Caremark division of CVS Caremark, the largest pharmacy health care provider in the United States. In her role, she is responsible for bringing together information, technology and people resources in new ways to foster awareness, build engagement and create efficiency among employees. She leads a team responsible for executive communications, change management communications, employee events and intranet content management and strategy.
Prior to joining CVS Caremark, Mary was Director of Internal Communications at Motorola where she led an international team of writers, designers and content managers. She directed a redesign of Motorola's employee portal site to improve access to information and resources, incorporate social media and foster stronger employee communities. The site won the 2007 International Association of Business Communicators Gold Quill Award for Excellence in interactive media design. She also developed and launched i'MOTO, Motorola's internal brand campaign, which won the 2007 International Association of Business Communicators Gold Quill Award for merit in internal communications programs and the 2007 Platinum Award from the Publicity Club of Chicago.
From 1991 through 2003, Mary was President of Digital Concepts for Business, a boutique marketing and communications firm, with clients across the Chicago area, including Motorola, IBM, McDonald's, Allstate Insurance and Kraft Foods.
Mary lives in Crystal Lake, Ill., with her husband, Ken. Her son Rob is a freshman at Augustana College and her daughter Celeste is a junior in high school.
Larry Roshfeld '86 is an experienced technology executive with more than 20 years of experience in creating, marketing and selling industry leading products and services into global markets. Previously, Larry held senior executive positions at a number of highly successful companies, including CorasWorks, Approva, Aether Systems, Riverbed Technologies, Manugistics, IBM and Lotus Development. Larry earned a Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry from Clark University and a Master’s degree in Consulting Psychology from Harvard University.
