How do I register?

You can register online here. If you have any questions please call the Office of Stewardship and Donor Relations at (508) 798-4364 or email Megan Horvitz at mhorvitz@clarku.edu. Please check in at the Academic Commons at the Goddard Library when you arrive on campus.

How do I gain admittance to the events in the package that I’ve chosen?

When you check in at the Academic Commons in Goddard Library, we will provide you a nametag with a barcode. Your nametag will gain you admittance to the events in your package.

What is the 50-Year Package?

This special rate is available for alumni celebrating their 50th reunion and alumni who have already celebrated their 50th reunion in a prior year. The package rates does not include accommodations (on-campus housing and hotels).

Is there a recommended dress code for Reunion Weekend events?

Most events during Reunion Weekend are casual unless otherwise specified. We recommend business formal attire for the Friday Night Cocktails & Awards Dinner and smart casual attire for class dinners on Saturday evening. We recommend bringing comfortable footwear as you will be walking around campus and on the main green for events.

Will the campus store be open during Reunion Weekend?

Yes! The campus store will be open during the following times:
Friday, May 17 from 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Saturday, May 18 from 10:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Sunday, May 19 from 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

Will the Kneller Athletic Center be open during Reunion Weekend?

Yes! The Bickman Fitness Center, gym and pool will be open Friday through Sunday from 7-10am. Visitors must sign a waiver and show identification at the Kneller check-in desk.

Where do I pick up my dorm assignment?

Stop by the Reunion Housing desk in the Academic Commons on the first floor of the Goddard Library after picking up your Reunion materials to receive your room assignment, keys, and key cards.

What is my assigned residence hall?

Each reunion class is assigned to a specific hall/floor so that alumni from the same class are near one another. Once we fill designated class areas, we will fill room assignments on a space-available basis. The Johnson Sanford Center Residence Hall will house most alumni staying on campus.

What are the on-campus housing options?

Single and double dorm rooms are available. A traditional single room contains one twin bed, and a traditional double room has two twin beds. Each floor of the residence halls has a shared bathroom for all residents. We provide our guests basic linen, a pillow, a blanket, a towel, and a facecloth. Please note that we are no longer offering suite-style housing for reunion.

What if I don’t want to stay on campus?

Alumni who plan to stay off-campus during Reunion Weekend should register directly with the hotel of their choice. Our hotel blocks sell out very quickly. We recommend you book off-campus accommodations as soon as possible.

What if I need to cancel part/all of my reservation?

In the unfortunate event that you must cancel your reunion reservation, please notify the Office of Stewardship and Donor Relations at (508) 798-4364 or email Megan Horvitz at mhorvitz@clarku.edu.

If you have questions regarding your Reunion Weekend registration while on campus, stop by the Reunion Registration desk in the Academic Commons on the First Floor of the Goddard Library.

Can I bring my dog to Reunion?

Clark University is a dog-friendly campus, but we ask that you refrain from bringing your furry friends to our large outdoor events, including our Spree Day BBQ and the All-Class Cocktail Reception, for the safety of our guests and your pets. Otherwise, dogs are allowed in outdoor areas on campus. Please observe Clark’s Dog Policy: all dogs must be on leash when on Clark University property. The person with the dog must clean up dog waste at the time. No animals will be allowed in University buildings at any time. The only exceptions will be seeing-eye dogs and hearing-assist dogs.
