What are the free events included in the weekend packages?

Free events include: Graduates of the Last Decade (GOLD) Pub Meetup, Campus Tours, Athletics Events, BIPOC Affinity Social, Worcester Art Museum Guided Tour, LGBTQ+ Reception, Saturday Evening Entertainment in The Grind, and Dancing Under the Stars. 


What is the $20 Basic Registration Package?

The $20 Basic Registration Package is required for those who don’t purchase a traditional package, but would still like to attend the other free events offered during Reunion Weekend. The $20 covers expenses associated with those events.

What is the 50-Year Package?

This special rate is available for alumni celebrating their 50th reunion as well as alumni who have already celebrated their 50th reunion in a prior year. Accommodations (on-campus housing and hotels), and the Paint N Sip event are NOT included in the package rate.


Will the campus store be open during Reunion Weekend?

Yes! The campus store will be open during the following times:
Friday, May 19 from 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Saturday, May 20 from 10:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Sunday, May 21 from 9:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.


How do I gain admittance to the events in the package that I’ve chosen?

We will provide you a nametag with a barcode when you check in at the Academic Commons in Goddard Library. Your nametag will gain you admittance to the events in your package.


Where do I pick up my room assignment?

Stop by the Reunion Housing desk in the Academic Commons on the first floor of the Goddard Library after picking up your Reunion materials to receive your room assignment, keys and key cards.


Which residence hall will I be assigned to?

Each reunion class is assigned to a specific hall/floor. Once designated-class areas are filled, room assignments are made on a space-available basis.


What are the on-campus housing options?

Single and double dorm rooms are available. A traditional single room contains one twin bed and a traditional double has two twin beds. A shared bathroom for all residents is found on each floor of the residence halls. Basic linen, pillow, blanket, towel and face cloth is provided. Please note that we are no longer offering suite style housing for reunion.


What if I don’t want to stay on campus?

Alumni who plan to stay off-campus during Reunion Weekend should register with the hotel of their choice directly. We do have limited room blocks beginning Friday, 5/19 through Sunday, 5/21 at the following hotels:

What if I need to cancel part/all of my reservation?

In the unfortunate event that you must cancel your reunion reservation, please notify the Office of Stewardship and Donor Relations at (508) 793-7187 or gbacher@clarku.edu.

If you have any questions regarding your Reunion Weekend registration while on campus, simply stop by the Reunion Registration desk, located in the Academic Commons on the First Floor of the Goddard Library.


How do I register?

You can register online here. If you have any questions please call George Bacher at (508) 793-7187. Please check in at the Academic Commons at the Goddard Library when you arrive on campus.


Is Reunion kid friendly?

Yes! There are many events throughout the weekend that are kid-friendly, but the most exciting one is the Spree Day Picnic.
